11. Returns
We accept returns of physical products within 1 (one) week from the date of receive. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Opening Video of the product is mandatory when you receive the parcel.
12. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at rayshealer@gmail.com or contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
13. Refunds/ alternative purchase
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection or buying of alternative product of same or higher value at extra cost only If your return is approved. No refund will be carried forward however, Credit note can be given to buy at any later stage within 3 months of period.
14. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
15. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at rayshealer@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including the return shipping costs.
